In true me-style, I'm working on at least 3 projects with more on the brain/pinboard with completion nowhere in sight. Here's a quick preview:
#1 my first quilt. I'm still a little conflicted about the colors, construction and of course the fact that the left doesn't match up to the right. Doh! I used the wrong seam allowance on the 2nd panel so each block is a few mm off but multiply that by 10 blocks = sad mismatched quilt. And since it's only a bit off I can't chalk it up to giving it character. Boo.
#2 bedskirt for guest bed. I pilfered the edging (scallops? rickrack?) of a king-sized duvet from ikea to line the bottom of a grey bedskirt.
#3 Korean character appliqued pillow.
